How To Use Eyeliner Sealer?
Wet your eyeliner brush with our liner sealer for longer lasting wear of your eye liner powders. Use just a drop or 2, just enough to dampen the brush to easily absorb the powder. Lightly rub the eyeliner brush over the pressed powder. Starting at the inside corner of the eye, run the brush over the top of eyelid and/or under the lower lash line.
