Shipping Time:
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time.
Larger orders or orders containing many sample sizes may take up to 10 business days to process and ship. 

Orders with out of stock items can take longer to process.
To inquire the status of an order please include order # and date.
Orders ship out in the order they are received.
We send shipping notices when your order is shipped.
Please be sure you include a valid email address.

Occasionally some products may run out of stock.
We may ship a partial order or hold the order until items are available.
If you need something asap, email prior to ordering for availability.
Back Orders ship as soon as possible with no extra shipping charge.
