We Ship To The USA Only.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Our minimum order is $150.00 / Full Size Products Only.
If you are unsure of an item, we can include a tester sample with any order if the item is available in sample sizes.
Samples are also available at retail costs.
Please contact us with any questions.

**All Products will be sent UNLABELED unless otherwise discussed.

PROCESS TIME:
Please plan accordingly and place orders before your supply runs low.
We require approximately 7 to 10 Working days to process small orders.
Larger orders may require a longer process time.
Please allow 10-14 days if we need to restock an item.
Please inquire for larger orders if you need items sooner.
Shipping is currently with the US Postal Service at this time.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Although we try to keep inventory of each item in stock, occasionally out of stock situations may occur.
We will do our best to inform you of “out of stock” goods that are known at time of order placing, so that you may choose an alternate item.

PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
All payments must be cleared prior to shipping.

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS.

USA Priority Mail Shipping is free with an order of $100 or more.

ERRORS OR PROBLEMS:
We double check our orders several times before packing to avoid issues.
However, in the case of a problem please report issues as soon as the order is received preferably within 1-2 days of receipt of your order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
*Please Contact Us As Soon As Possible!
We will REQUIRE photos of the damage as well as the items MUST be returned.
Once the damaged items are returned we will then determine if an exchange or refund will be issued.
Damages not reported within 7 days will not be validated.

RETURNS:
Please Order Carefully.
We Cannot Accept Any Returns On Cosmetics.
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS:
Once you have placed an order, you are responsible for accepting delivery.
If an order is returned due to it being refused or if no one is there to accept it, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
If re-shipped, both way shipping charges will be imposed.
No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.
